DFTS HooK Strip screens are available with either metal or plastic backing.

DFTS Pre-Tensioned screens are manufactured with metal backing and a patent protected “C” Cap design.

All DFTS screens are made with fine wire Bolting Cloth providing a high percentage of open area.

All DFTS screens are constructed with calendered wire cloth to increase screen life and solids separation performance.

 Fine wire Cloth (Bolting Cloth):

Stainless steel mesh woven in plain weave construction using
Small wire diameter, thus providing a high percentage
of open area.
 Calendered Wire Cloth:

All DFTS screens are constructed with calendered wire cloth
to increase screen life and increase solid separation
performance.
 Rectangular Mesh Screens(SR):

Specialty layered screens using rectangular mesh for use with high polymer muds / sandy conditions to reduce blinding of screens.
Available from 84 mesh to 210 mesh.
Available for ALL shale shaker screen types.
